Jacob Souders is a composer, sound designer, audio engineer and record producer from Kansas City. He holds Bachelor of Music degrees in Music Composition and Music Theory from the University of Missouri-Kansas City Conservatory a Master of Fine Arts in Theatre Sound Design and Technology at UMKC. Jacob studied with world-renowned composers Paul Rudy Chen Yi, Yotam Haber and Zhou Long, and studied under sound designer Tom Mardikes. His past theatrical productions include Two Chekhov One Acts, Vinegar Tom, The Government Inspector, Into the Woods, Dracula, Dead Man’s Cell Phone, The Arsonists, Don’t Touch My Hair and creating content for the Sound Mandala.
